“ Great food, and chill atmosphere. I got the lasagna, my girlfriend got the shrimp Alfredo. Hers was better but the lasagna was still real good. Portion sizes are good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very very Italian dudes lol. We'll definitely go back, I want to try the Philly Cheese steak next. ”

Luckily, we found Joe's Pizza Pasta & Subs, conveniently located in our hotel area. It's a small, old school NY pizzeria, it was packed when we arrived for dinner. You could see a lot of people taking away, but we decided to dine in. Mr. Joe himself received and found us a table, and recommended us a few options. We picked the House Special (Spinach and Ricotta) but ordered it without garlic. The pizza tastes so great, we're actually considering new visits as soon as possible, the drive from Austin seems totally justifiable. One of the best crusts I've tried in Texas, honestly. Great sauce, quality ingredients, amazing NY style pizza. Next time, we intend to try other pizza favors and at least one of their pasta dishes. Our server lady was friendly and attentive, she definitely earned her tip. We'll be back shortly! ”
